| Project Description | The exterior oceanfront corridors of the Mana Kai are like no other, while the views are stunning the existing condition of the corridors were not. The halls were widened by removing the dilapidated concrete planters and the existing window air conditioners were covered and the condensate was directed into a new drainage system, no longer running off into the hallways. Every entrance door ridden with corrosion from the proximity of salt air was replaced. This renovation truly added value and resilience to the whole property. |
